We offer a variety of classes throughout the day, 7 days/week in our 2 studio rooms. Our larger studio offers heated classes with Infrared ceiling panels.

This vinyasa flow is practiced in a room hotter than your typical heated class, creating a fiery environment that supports deeper opening, increased stamina, and powerful detox. Linking breath with movement, you’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build strength, balance, and focus while the elevated temperature challenges your endurance and sharpens your presence. Come ready to sweat, release, and recharge—leaving the mat lighter, stronger, and fully alive.

This 60 minute unheated class seamlessly blends a core-focused vinyasa practice with targeted core work, allowing you to strengthen your center, enhance flexibility, and find balance through dynamic movements.

Slow your roll in this 60 minute heated vinyasa class. Take more time, hold a little longer, breathe a little deeper. The week is over, time to power down. (85-90 degrees)

We will begin by discussing the various stages of a typical Vinyasa class. Then, we will take time to learn some basic, essential poses. This is a slow moving, lecture/workshop style class that is perfect for beginners/first timers so you can build the confidence to attend a variety of classes.

Weekly Times: Saturdays 10am
Step into the heat and slow things down with this mindful, alignment-based practice. In a room warmed to 95–100 degrees, you’ll hold foundational postures a little longer, giving space to refine your form, build strength, and deepen flexibility. Expect plenty of alignment cues and adjustments to help you connect with proper technique and safe positioning in each pose. This steady, grounding practice will leave you centered, strong, and refreshed—perfect for anyone looking to balance heat with mindful movement.
Weekly Times: Tuesday, 5:30pm
A 45-minute low-impact strength training workout using dumb bells, focused on activating smaller muscle groups to build whole-body strength & mobility. The class will also incorporate some vinyasa flows & stretching. Depending on the teacher's sequence, additional props may be used, such as weighted arm/ankle bands, sliders, tension bands, pilates balls and barres. You will probably be sore tomorrow! Weekday morning classes are lightly heated to approximately 80 degrees.

This 45 minute upbeat, low-impact class uses small, precise movements to target and strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had. Set to energizing music, you’ll move through high-repetition sequences props, such as light weights, resistance bands, balls, and the barre for support. Expect a mix of standing and floor work designed to tone your arms, core, glutes, and legs while improving balance, posture, and mobility. Get ready to feel the burn, find the shake, and leave stronger after every class.

Set to candlelight, unwind and reset with this calming 60-minute Yin Yoga class designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held passively for 3–5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues—ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones—rather than the muscles. Using the support of props, you’ll settle into grounded floor postures that focus on areas like the hips, spine, and shoulders. This quiet practice encourages stillness, increases flexibility, improves circulation, and helps calm the nervous system. Perfect for all levels, including beginners.

This call invites you to slow down, soften, and recharge in a serene, candlelit space. This gentle class uses supportive props and long, restful holds to release tension from the body while calming the nervous system. Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, you’ll melt into stillness, cultivate deep relaxation, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. Perfect for all levels and especially nourishing at the end of the day.

A gentle yet strength-building practice that links breath to movement. This 60 minute unheated class is accessible to all students, regardless of yoga experience or stage of pregnancy / post partum. This class will focus on mindful, moderately challenging movement, including strengthening and safe stretching with a short, guided relaxation. Come connect with other mommas!
Weekly Times: Sunday 9:30am
Bond with your little one while nurturing your own body and mind. This gentle, playful class is designed for caregivers and babies to move, breathe, and connect together. We’ll explore yoga poses that help release tension, rebuild strength, and support postpartum recovery, while also incorporating sweet stretches, songs, and soothing movements for baby. Expect plenty of snuggles, giggles, and a relaxed environment where feeding, changing, and calming your baby are always welcome. No previous yoga experience needed—just bring a mat, your baby, and an open heart.
Weekly Times: Sundays 11am
This 45 minute unheated class uses a supportive chair and is perfect for those with limited mobility or don't like getting up and down off the floor. You get a full body stretch and breath work that helps ease the daily aches and pains.

1.5-2 hour monthly sessions with varying themes - meditation, breath work, arm balances, beginners, full moons and much more.
