We are excited to offer a variety of classes throughout the day, 7 days/week in our 2 studio rooms - as well as virtually. Our larger studio offers
heated classes with Infrared Ceiling Panels.

Many classes are Vinyasa-style suitable for all levels of practitioners. As we settle into our new space, we will quickly add more customized classes for beginners and advanced yogis, as well as Sound Bath experiences and Saturday evening Yoga Socials to name just a few of the fun ideas we have!
60 minute Vinyasa class first thing in the morning to wake up the body and mind.
60 minute Vinyasa class. You made it through the early morning rush, now exhale, stretch and flow to calm the mind and invigorate the body for the day.
60 minute Vinyasa class. Mid-Day break for an invigorating practice to get the blood circulating and the mind rejuvenated for the afternoon/evening rush.
60 minute class using a supportive chair.
60 minute class. Drop your teens here after school to flow out their angst. Ages 12-18.
60 minute class to stretch and sweat off the day.
60 minute class to clear the mind and body and wind down from the day.
60 minute Vinyasa class. You slept in a little, now get a stretch on before weekend brunch.
60 minute class. Stretch, sweat and clear your mind before kicking off your Saturday night plans.
60 minute class. Clear out those Sunday blues and relax after a busy weekend, recharge for the week ahead.
60 minute class where you'll spend the first 20 minutes with light stretching/movement followed by 30 minutes of guided breath work and ending with 10 minutes to chill out in meditation or savasana.

1.5-2 hour monthly sessions with varying themes - meditation, breath work, arm balances, beginners, and much more.
A full sensory journey where you're led through an array of soundscapes created by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, ambient music & lighting. These instrument vibrations deeply impact your body, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and altering brain waves, inducing profound relaxation. Each sound beckons you to a deeper awareness, a chance to detach from the outside world.
Join us for a rejuvenating Saturday evening yoga session followed by time to connect with our vibrant community over delicious food and drinks. It's a perfect opportunity to deepen your practice on the mat and foster connections off it.
