We offer a variety of classes throughout the day, 7 days/week in our 2 studio rooms. Our larger studio offers heated classes with Infrared ceiling panels.
This is our early morning 60 minute heated vinyasa class designed to wake you up and get those endorphins and good vibes going for the day ahead. Expect a gentle intro that leads into energizing vinyasa flow sequences, maybe a few power moves and ends with a luxurious savasana to soak it all in. (85-95 degrees)
Weekly Times: Monday 6am, Tuesday 6am, Wednesday 6am, Thursday 6am, Friday 6am, Saturday 8am
Very similar to our "But First, Yoga" class but without the heat. Get your day started with invigorating stretching and vinyasa sequences all culminating in that delicious savasana to ground you for the day ahead.

This 60 minute heated class seamlessly blends a core-focused vinyasa practice with targeted core work, allowing you to strengthen your center, enhance flexibility, and find balance through dynamic movements.

Slow your roll in this 60 minute heated vinyasa class. Take more time, hold a little longer, breathe a little deeper. The week is over, time to power down. (85-95 degrees)

No better way to get ready for bed than with a 60 minute yin yoga class. The lights will be dim, there may even be candlelight, and the props will be aplenty. The teacher will guide you in a series of poses for gentle, supported stretching with extended holds to open the fascia and calm the nervous system.

Bliss out in this 60 minute Yin Yoga class in a softly lit space. You'll explore gentle, long-held poses that target the deep connective tissues. Each posture is an invitation to surrender and find comfort in stillness, promoting flexibility and mobility. Enjoy a blissful sound meditation at the end of class with crystal singing bowls and chimes.

This is a Danny Be special! In this 60 minute class you'll spend the first 30 minutes with light stretching/movement followed by 20 minutes of guided breath work and ending with 10 minutes to chill out in meditation or savasana.
Weekly Times: Wednesday 7pm
A 45-minute low-impact strength training workout using dumb bells, focused on activating smaller muscle groups to build whole-body strength & mobility. The class will also incorporate some vinyasa flows & stretching. Depending on the teacher's sequence, additional props may be used, such as weighted arm/ankle bands, sliders, tension bands, pilates balls and barres. You will probably be sore tomorrow!

A gentle yet strength-building practice that links breath to movement. This 60 minute unheated class is accessible to all students, regardless of yoga experience or stage of pregnancy / postpartum. This class will focus on mindful, moderately challenging movement, including strengthening and safe stretching with a short, guided relaxation.

We will begin by discussing the various stages of a typical Vinyasa class. Then, we will take time to learn some basic, essential poses. This is a slow moving, lecture/workshop style class that is perfect for beginners/first timers so you can build the confidence to attend a variety of classes.

This 45 minute unheated class uses a supportive chair and is perfect for those with limited mobility or don't like getting up and down off the floor. You get a full body stretch and breath work that helps ease the daily aches and pains.
Weekly Times: Tuesday 10:30am, Thursday 10:30am
1.5-2 hour monthly sessions with varying themes - meditation, breath work, arm balances, beginners, full moons and much more.
A full sensory journey where you're led through an array of soundscapes created by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, ambient music & lighting. These instrument vibrations deeply impact your body, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and altering brain waves, inducing profound relaxation. Each sound beckons you to a deeper awareness, a chance to detach from the outside world.
Join us for a rejuvenating Saturday evening yoga session followed by time to connect with our vibrant community over delicious food and drinks. It's a perfect opportunity to deepen your practice on the mat and foster connections off it.
