Yoga isn’t just for your body. It can improve your overall quality of life. You might be practicing different aspects of yoga every day and not realize it.
“Yoga Off The Mat” breaks down the eight limb path of yoga, exploring how each of them may already be in action and more ways they can be used to find more ease and live in the present moment. Come prepared to practice on your mat, then take your practice with you everywhere you go.

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and find solace in our Restorative Refuge, a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation. Grace will lead you in a gentle Restorative yoga practice. As you surrender into each restorative posture, licensed massage therapist, Singeli Zaparaniuk, moves throughout the room, offering soothing mini-massages to enhance your relaxation experience.
Then, journey deeper into relaxation as Singeli plays the ethereal tones of quartz crystal singing bowls. Each resonating sound gently envelops you, guiding your mind into a serene meditation. Allow the vibrations to dissolve tension, quiet the chatter of the mind, and restore harmony to your being.

This retreat is designed for women facing significant life changes, transitions, or uncertainty as you contemplate this next phase of your life. Many of us are navigating through health issues, divorce, job loss, becoming an empty nester or, the awakening that the life we are currently living no longer resonates.
Throughout our interactive day together we will offer deep insights, practice advice and actionable life tools, to empower you along your journey, helping you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner strength, and discover new paths forward. Hope to see you in November!

About Samantha:
After spending 30 years successfully placing high-level executives, most recently placing women on corporate boards, she has now dedicated the past several years to researching and interviewing women in mid-life who are successfully navigating loss, adversity, and the challenges of starting over. As the creator of 'reMADE,’ she explores the resilience and transformation that comes with embracing new beginnings. She is now sharing what she has learned through in-person gatherings, helping women navigate their own reMADE journeys of starting over and reinvention.
About Caroline:
Caroline has a passion for mindful movement and the healing arts. She has been teaching since 2014 and enjoys both Vinyasa and restorative yoga styles. Caroline passionately believes that yoga is for every BODY. Her classes emphasize joyful movement, empowerment, and she encourages students to reconnect with their heart, mind, and body through focused breath and motion.

Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of controlled breathing. When we consciously control the flow of breath we have the opportunity to enhance the flow of energy in the body. A regular, balanced pranayama practice increases prana or life energy. Pranayama, like other yogic practices, is about being more fully alive, calming the mind, connecting.
This workshop will include lecture, light asana, breath work and a guided meditation. Suitable for all levels.
