Abundance is not just money.
It is love. It is health.
It is energy.
It is self trust.
It is time freedom.
It is knowing you are enough.
This is not a single session. This is a layered transformation.
Over six weeks, Kristi Battalini will guide you through 9D Breathwork to rewire limitation at the root and activate true abundance in every area of your life. Each session expands the one before it. You are building new neural pathways week by week.
The 6 Week Journey
Week 1 Letting Go and Moving On
Release old patterns, relationships, and emotional weight that block expansion.
Week 2 The Sovereign Breath
Reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your personal power.
Week 3 Unleash Your Power
Dissolve fear and step into bold expression.
Week 4 Abundance and Self Trust
Strengthen intuition and open to support, opportunity, and overflow.
Week 5 Self Mastery and Enoughness
End proving. End chasing. Anchor worthiness.
Week 6 Abundance Activation and Integration
Rewrite your money story and embody overflow in real life.
Each week includes:
• A full immersive 9D Breathwork journey that builds on the week before
• Guided pre and post breathwork journaling
• Integration practices to anchor the shift
• A structured Abundance Workbook for at home journaling and daily practice.
This is a powerful reset for your mind and body.
6 week series for $240
You may purchase a pass to attend an individual session in this series for $45, but priority will be given to those choosing the entire 6 week journey.
Complete 30 classes in the month of March.
30 classes in one month might sound wild — but so did your first chaturanga. And look at you now.
The 10 students who reach (or get closest to) 30 classes will be entered into a drawing to win some epic Yodega merch. We will draw 3 names:
💙 A Yodega-branded Patagonia fleece (NGL, I love me some Patagonia especially when it’s FREE)
💙 If the fleece isn’t your fit? You’ll snag our brand new Yodega hoodie instead.
Even if you don’t win prizes, you will definitely grow your practice, build strength and absolutely dust off some of that winter funk.
Third Thursdays, 7pm

This deeply restorative 60-minute class combines myofascial release techniques using tennis balls and long held passive postures.
We begin with a short centering practice to bring awareness to the breath and body, followed by guided myofascial release using tennis balls to gently target common areas of tension such as the upper back, glutes, hips, feet, and shoulders.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking deep release, improved range of motion, or support in recovery from repetitive stress or physical activity.
Sunday, March 22nd
2 - 3:45pm
Fee: $40
Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and find solace in our Restorative Refuge, a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation. Grace will lead you in a gentle Restorative yoga practice. As you surrender into each restorative posture, licensed massage therapist, Singeli Zaparniuk, moves throughout the room, offering soothing mini-massages to enhance your relaxation experience.
Then, journey deeper into relaxation as Singeli plays the ethereal tones of quartz crystal singing bowls. Each resonating sound gently envelops you, guiding your mind into a serene meditation. Allow the vibrations to dissolve tension, quiet the chatter of the mind, and restore harmony to your being.

Join us for an evening to discuss and practice the dharma with inspiration from the writings of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, activist, and teacher. We’ll read Peace Is Every Step, a simple and practical guide for finding the path of mindfulness in everyday life. We’ll discuss ways we’ve been able to build greater awareness into our daily lives, and the challenges we face in doing so. And, we’ll apply teachings from the book into practices we’ll do together, learning practical ways to create mindfulness both on and off the mat.
