This deeply restorative 60-minute class combines myofascial release techniques using tennis balls and long held passive postures.
We begin with a short centering practice to bring awareness to the breath and body, followed by guided myofascial release using tennis balls to gently target common areas of tension such as the upper back, glutes, hips, feet, and shoulders.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking deep release, improved range of motion, or support in recovery from repetitive stress or physical activity.

Join the talented duo Rachel Katz and Michael “Flowers” for a playful and empowering 90-minute workshop dedicated to exploring the art of going upside down. Together, they’ll guide you through the foundations of inversions—building strength, stability, and confidence as you learn to safely take flight.
With their clear instruction, dynamic energy and creative approach, you’ll break down postures like headstand, handstand, forearm stand, and shoulder stand. Whether you’re brand new to inversions or refining your practice, you’ll leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of alignment, and the courage to flip your perspective.

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and find solace in our Restorative Refuge, a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation. Grace will lead you in a gentle Restorative yoga practice. As you surrender into each restorative posture, licensed massage therapist, Singeli Zaparaniuk, moves throughout the room, offering soothing mini-massages to enhance your relaxation experience.
Then, journey deeper into relaxation as Singeli plays the ethereal tones of quartz crystal singing bowls. Each resonating sound gently envelops you, guiding your mind into a serene meditation.
