A full sensory journey where you're Michael Flowers leads your through an array of soundscapes created by a variety of instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, ambient music, sometimes electronic music & lighting. These instrument vibrations deeply impact your body, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and altering brain waves, inducing profound relaxation. Each sound beckons you to a deeper awareness, a chance to detach from the outside world.

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and find solace in our Restorative Refuge, a sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation. Grace will lead you in a gentle Restorative yoga practice. As you surrender into each restorative posture, licensed massage therapist, Singeli Zaparniuk, moves throughout the room, offering soothing mini-massages to enhance your relaxation experience.
Then, journey deeper into relaxation as Singeli plays the ethereal tones of quartz crystal singing bowls. Each resonating sound gently envelops you, guiding your mind into a serene meditation. Allow the vibrations to dissolve tension, quiet the chatter of the mind, and restore harmony to your being.
