Shortly following the Spring Equinox, this 8 week series will focus on the 7 Chakras to energetically balance and align our subtle body for optimal emotional and physical well-being. If energy becomes blocked in one of the chakras, it can trigger physical, mental or emotional imbalance, which may present as anxiety, lethargy, poor digestion.
When we tap into our chakras, we open ourselves to a deeper level of potential healing. During this 60-minute Yin practice, you may experience strong emotional releases, and coupled with the slow practice of Yin + Sound Meditation, we are able to foster a safe, supported release.
This series offers an opportunity to show up as you are, to let sh*t go…

6-7:30pm Workshop followed by a social
Fee: Individual Workshop Pass
Pratyhara is the ancient yogic practice of withdrawing from the senses. How does heightened awareness of each sense help us to ultimately withdraw from them to provide a deeper connection? We must know the senses to sever the link between the mind and the external. As we withdraw, we connect deeper to the Source within.
In this 2hr workshop I'll guide you through a journey of the senses. Sight, sound, taste, touch, smell and maybe some others you weren't aware of!! Lecture, asana, guided meditation and sensory exploration!! An experience that will surely heighten your practice and draw you deeper into stillness.
Stick around afterwards for a social to connect with community. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.

A full sensory journey where you're led through an array of soundscapes created by a variety of instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks and more. These instrument vibrations deeply impact your body, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and altering brain waves, inducing profound relaxation. Each sound beckons you to a deeper awareness, a chance to detach from the outside world.

Join us for a unique and inspiring experience that blends mindful movement with plant-based intention setting.
We’ll begin with a grounding Vinyasa yoga class designed to center the body, calm the mind, and connect you with the present moment. Then, Angie from Growing With Intention will guide us through a fascinating exploration of the cannabis plant—its history, healing properties, and the many ways it supports growth and balance in life.
With your intention set, you'll create your own cannabis bonsai to take home—an artistic and meditative practice that invites patience and care. Use colorful beads, charms, and wire to adorn your bonsai, transforming it into a living symbol of your intention.
Whether you're curious about cannabis, looking to deepen your practice, or simply craving a creative outlet, this workshop offers a space to root down, grow, and bloom in community.
Workshop will be held in our outdoor garden space, weather permitting.
