Myofascial Release + Stretch

Third Thursdays, 7pm

June 18

This deeply restorative 60-minute class combines myofascial release techniques using tennis balls and long held passive postures.

We begin with a short centering practice to bring awareness to the breath and body, followed by guided myofascial release using tennis balls to gently target common areas of tension such as the upper back, glutes, hips, feet, and shoulders.

This class is ideal for anyone seeking deep release, improved range of motion, or support in recovery from repetitive stress or physical activity.

With our June class, we are excited to support PrideArts, which brings LGBTQ stories to life through visual & performing arts, celebrate queer voices, preserve history & build connections. Their work fosters understanding, community, and positive change for LGBTQ people and allies.

The Pub. Issue #5 Release Event

Saturday, July 11

During morning classes (8am ~ 1pm)

The Pub. The city in-print and in-person. The 100% community-operated "people's paper" and community organizing hub. The summer issue just released and you can find it at Yodega!

We're proud to be a pickup spot for The Pub because we love that they've committed to being print-only. No social media. No website full of articles. No algorithm deciding what you should read. You have to venture into the real world, grab a copy, and read it the old-fashioned way. We think that takes guts!

That spirit aligns perfectly with our mission at Yodega ~ to slow down, be present, and reconnect with ourselves, our neighbors, and the world around us. In a culture that constantly pulls our attention elsewhere, both yoga and a printed newspaper invite us to pause and be where we are.

Pick up a copy when you come for a class. on July 11th and also enjoy free donuts and tea.  You are welcome to lounge in our living room while you peruse the latest news about our great city, in print only!
