Join us for an in-depth exploration of Chaturanga Dandasana. Often referred to as the “yoga push-up,” Chaturanga is a common component of many vinyasa flows but can be challenging to perform with proper alignment.
This session is perfect for practitioners of all levels who want to refine their technique, prevent injury, and build the strength needed for a sustainable yoga practice.

A deeply relaxing and healing gentle yin yoga practice followed by a blissful guided meditation.
The practice of yin yoga holds poses for time and stillness, allowing the body to 'marinate' in a pose and find deep openings, gently exercising the 'yin' tissues of fascia, ligaments, and joints. Yoga Nidra (Nidra=sleep in Sanskrit) is a cumulation of several systems of guided relaxation where one's consciousness rests at an awareness just before sleeping or dreaming. This state of mind allows for deep healing and the re-perception of past experiences and trauma.
